Hi Toine, Chiming in very late. Hope you haven't deleted it yet. :-)
I think it's a keeper for many reasons. It has a decent composition with the triangle between the sharp horizontal line and the escaping bug. It is immediately obvious what is going on, and still it is a bit abstract. The distinction between OOF and motion blur is notable, but they work together because of the good sharpness on the in-focus line.
