In the Netherlands we have a "political party for the interest of animals".
I wonder if they have seen this clip. It would not surprise me when
they would ask for measures for dogs watching sports events. ("must
wear helmets", or something like that)

Yes, I think too that they practice falling. OTOH, I do not think they
practice being hit by living dogs...
