Yes I do have a couple of old fan-fold flashguns that I'd like to try, as well 
as a small flashcube gun.

I'm not sure I want to test them badly enough rig up something special but I'll 
have a look at some of the lower voltage options if I can't locate the 15 V 
Eveready mentioned by Otis.
