I appreciate the sentiment though, if I'm shooting RAW I leave usually the WB on auto and sort it out later. Something to consider, I was waxing on to the guy who owns the studio I help out at about the accuracy of AWB, so he went out and tried some tests. What he found was that on an individual image basis, it works fine, but if one is shooting an entire wedding (for example) with AWB, then the pictures will have a slightly different white balance from set up to set up, and the album will have a disjointed look, much like if you had used several different film brands for the job.
