<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I believe the comments I read said the one in Vancouver was the best. The only other two I remember reading about were Colorado and Toronto. I would be curious to get other people's opinions about which the best to send it to since I have an LX that really needs a CLA/Overhaul.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I only have experience with Pentax @ Colorado. I recently sent an lx to Pentax at Colorado (using the information on their web site). The turn-around seemed reasonable to me (sometimes mail and shipping to and from Alaska is slow). They fixed whatever was broken, replaced the shutter curtain, and performed a complete CLA. The cost, to include shipping $215 US. I have shot several rolls through the camera (B&W and chromes) since its return. Everything seems as it should be. I am really pleased.....and after having the lx less than 6 months...I have a favorite camera. So much so that in the future I should be offering for sale an assortment of early rangefinder stuff.
