He knows not of what he speaks. The general measures of a battery are
terminal voltage and storage capacity, the equally important things
like internal resistances and internal leakage are generally only
available if you search through manufacturers literature. So apart
from the fact that he had the basic physics all stuffed up (as other
posters have highlighted) it's impossible to draw any conclusions as
to which is best for what application unless many parameters about the
cells and load device are known.
