I like it - nicely composed, excellent contrast and I like the way the bridge 
approach fits under the foliage.

There's a bit of vignetting on the sky - doesn't bother me but some might find 
it a bit off-putting.

You haven't missed the top of the tree by much - you could probably clone a bit 
of sky over the top of the tree fairly easily and unobtrusively,  to make it 
look like you didn't miss....  Alternatively, extend the canvas up a bit and 
clone some sky right across the top of the image.
