Hi Jostein The cap in teh 360 powers both strobes. The second head is scavenged from a very old Metz with a rotatable head. The strobe in the second head is the same as the one in the 360. I bought it as a spare part from Pentax. The original strobe did work, but I got occassional funny light balances. Using the Pentax tube it works fine. the two stobe are just wired in parallel through a mini DIN socket on the 360. that way when I'm not using the second head the flash works perfectly in it's original configuration.
