I don't know - maybe that was something optional, or maybe something
that came out as an upgrade, or maybe even they were excluded after a
flash on top of the camera was developed.  Honestly, I have no
knowledge of camera history, sorry!  I just looked at my camera and
noticed that the only thing to the right of the lens was my flash bulb
remote...umm..thingy...so I just went on Google and looked around.
