The tilt does look good.  When I was taking these, I was right at the
fence near the track.  The fence was just high enough so that I could
pan over the top but no easily.  Next time I'll bring a little box to
stand on ;-)

Ditto. Giving moving objects room to move into is usually a good
choice.

Maybe even add a slight tilt so the "horizon" is rising to the right?
