None of those cameras should require a circular polarizer. However, should you get a camera that required a circular polarizer in the future, you would need to buy an additional filter. There's little downside to buying the circular polarizer up front and not having to buy a second polarizer in the future other than the additional cost of the CP, which could be small if you are buying a quality filter in the first place.
