It's hard to get a good quality image with ISO 3200 capture. This  
photo is underexposed and very flat, trying to render it will always  
show noise. I don't like using noise reduction software, it always  
makes the photo look artificial to my eye. I reduce noise by making  
sure there's enough exposure at capture time, and by careful processing.

I did some rendering on this one. I'll forward my alterations to you ...
