Yes, a very nice old time feel - out of the 40's?
I like how the light works here and the Black & White.
There is a bright section at the front of the ferry, drawing you into the pix.
There is a burned out bulb in the ceiling foreground, letting the
shore standout.
And the dim light on the biker makes him a bit mysterious.
A rather nice composition!
