I'd disagree with you somewhat. Based on what I'm seeing every day, I expect cheap C-41 35mm film will probably be the last to go. You can still find it and still get it processed just about everywhere.
They're selling a whole lot of those disposable cameras that use 35mm print film. At a guess, that's about 90% of the 35mm we process.
