Both lenses are identical, as mentionned by Bojidar. Compare Tamron's '171D' with Pentax. Your data describes the Tamron A03 - a new generation, while the successor of the 171D is the 'Tamron AF 28-200/3.8-5.6 LD II Macro '371D' [ASP IF LD]' - you may note that this is the fifth version '371D' of the former one. Pentax is more similar to these 171D (black)/271D (silver)/571D (update) (http://home.nexgo.de/Objektive/Tamron_171D.gif) However, Bojidar estimated that the coating might be different, adding Pentax SMC coating to the lens.
