No, the mounts are almost identical and the register (mount to film 
plane distance) is 1mm longer on Nikon F mount, so you'd lose infinity 
focus even if you did manage to get the lens mounted. Actually, the lens 
will probably fit the Nikon F bayonet, as f mount lenses will fit a K 
mount bayonet. They won't focus to infinity or lock on however and the 
aperture stop-down lever would likely interfere with the mirror on the 
Nikon body.

K mount lenses are only adaptable to Canon EF-S bodies or 4/3rds bodies 
without modifying the lens.
