One heavy, large lens. Three compact, light lenses, one fast.  Aside  
from the teleconverter, this latter is my kit unless I don't feel  
like carrying the weight of the DA14, which I then just leave home.

I'm not sure how well the 1.7x TC works with the DA70. I would test  
that first... Reason I say that is that I find the Rear Converter 2x- 
S is not a particularly good match to the DA70: it causes some  
exaggerated red edge blooming in my experience.
