Hi there. It's been a while, but I think I might as well resubscribe to the PDML, don't you agree? ;-)
Here is a short digest of things Pentax and things photography that happened to us. 1. First and foremost, I gave my daughter a 6th birthday present - Pentax W30. It was chosen because the lens does not protrude and because we can wash it with water if necessary. The only deficiency of this camera is that the lens has no cover. But it can be easily cleaned if necessary. 2. I bought a Spyder and profiled my monitor. It turned out that my eyes were not a good match for the colorimeter. 3. Our local camera club was sponsored to publish a calendar of our photos. Two my photos got accepted. I am a happy camper having three copies of the calender for myself. There is slight gotcha. The calendar is in Hebrew only. It seems to limit my options as to whom I might give it to. 4. Most of my photographic activities as of lately were limited to Picture A Week project. My records seem to indicate that the last PAW I published on PDML was 18th week. So here is the link to all the 2007 PAWs: http://not.contaxg.com/folder.php?id=643. You'd know where to start from. Last but not least - the New (Jewish) Year has just started. So I am greeting you with this holiday regardless of your faith or lack thereof. Be blessed and let the new year be peaceful for you wherever you are. Cheers! Boris -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
