Two examples where the LX cannot be replaced:

1) Taking a shot of a building across a moderately busy street:
I have a black cap in my camerabag, whenever a single or group of cars
passes I hold it in front of the lens to avoid white and red light streaks;
the LX automatically compensates "on line" with a longer exposure time.

2) I use an enlarger lens for macrophotography (I found I get best quality
this way). With these lenses I cannot measure the correct exposure time with
open diaphragm; only my LX is able to get a proper exposure time if
diaphragm is set to f16.

My two pennies worth,
Knut
