I've been refraining from commenting so far but I figured I'd give you 
my thoughts. First it needs the color, to my eye this scene is all about 
the color and the contrast to the womans black attire, and you need to 
somehow bring out more detail in the womans dress. Secondly. the second 
crop is better compositionally. As you know you can't always get what 
you want with spontaneous street shooting. The graffiti is interesting 
and the whole scene might be worthy of a shot, but with the woman as the 
main subject I don't think you can get away with the first crop. I don't 
know how fast the bicyclist was moving but I would have tried to get a 
second shot as he left the frame, if the *ist-D was up to that that 
might have balanced it nicely told a slightly different story and 
allowed you to keep the graffiti.
(I was going to put that in Pirate Lingo, but gave up after the first 
sentence. Arrr.
