You can either follow the links at the bottom of the gallery page or you can just go to http://www.pdmlpug.org and use the most recent form there. The only restriction is file size - 256k. The gallery software will automatically resize the photo to 720 pixels on the long side.
One other thing - file type must be .jpeg, .jpg, or .png. It's case sensitive (I haven't taken the time to fix that yet), so you may need to rename your file.
