There are probably a number of programs that will do the job but you might like 
to check out Studioline Photo Classic

It's an excellent image organiser that can also produce web galleries and do 
basic image editing.  It can read PEF files (presumably by now including the 
K10D).

I haven't used the web gallery feature so I'm not sure if it can do what you 
want but, looking though the program's features I would guess that it probably 
can.

You can also download the freeware version but I'm not sure what limitations 
apply in that version.
