Hi!

My FAJ 18-35 is a good lens but I want even wider lens. And I want it AF
and even more I want it to be full frame.

It seems to me that my options are (in parentheses is Fred Miranda site
score):
Sigma 15-30/3.5-4.5 (8.5 out of 71 reviews)
Sigma 12-24/4.5-5.6 (8.7 out of 64 reviews)
Tamron 17-35/2.8-4 (8.9 out of 21 reviews)

I favor Tamron lens due to its speed. However 17 mm is not too much an
improvement over 18 mm that I already have. Both Sigma lenses have good
reviews but in both cases it is said that the sample variation is very
significant. This worries me because it means either that I have to pay
very high premium locally or that I have to find a way to properly pick
the lens abroad.

I wonder what do you have to say, especially if you have experience with
any of the above. Please remember - wider than 18 mm, full frame, auto
focus. All these requirements are mandatory.

Thanks in advance.
