I'd noticed this for a while, but hadn't got around to confirm it.

* Epson R1800 v6.50 driver
* Adobe CS3

When I print with borderless turned off, the sizing is perfect. When I 
turn borderless on, it doesn't just print more of the image, but it 
sizes it up. Most of the time, this is ok. The size-up on an A4 print is 
an linear increase of 2.5%. But if I'm printing something that needs to 
be accurate, I can't use borderless, have to add a scale factor. Minor 
thing, but annoying.
