Not on the K10 but last winter I was shooting in extreme cold, (well for 
around here anyway), and my *ist-Ds managed to reset itself to it's 
basic settings and default date. I shot a dozen or so Jpegs that I 
thought were RAW at that date before the camera shut down completely.
