"Planning" is you wife's name? <g> My longer lenses are also non-A's. I do have the FA 135 2.8 which is very nice on the K10D, but I really need something in the 200-300 range. Given my usage, however, I think I would be better off dropping the $800-900 on some version of a 16-50 zoom and get the cheaper DA 50-250. I did notice, however, that the DA*50-135 is remarkably light and would be just perfect for some situations. Sigh.
