I knew I was heading for a broken bone sometime soon but I wasn't expecting to do so in such a silly way. To be honest it was nowhere near as painful as I expected. I did nearly faint due to shock though. Now most of my pain is just muscular from not being able to move as much (the upper back has been particularly bad today). I haven't taken any painkillers today but I might do so shortly to help me sleep. I have managed to bump my arm a couple of times when getting into the car.
