I wouldn't generally expect noise to be a problem at ISO 200 either, yet 
I've seen it in some of my *ist D shots.  Ambient temp + longer exposure 
could introduce some.

What I'm referiing to is a general mottling of lights and darks in the image 
in areas that one would think should be identical in tone, especially 
visible in the areas of land in proximity to the water, as displayed.  It's 
an almost vertical texture that appears to 'wash across' the image.

It's not too dissimilar to artifacting.
