Though I think I'd like it better with a little more detail in the black areas; not a lot, just a little. In particular, I find his eye a little too hard to see, so I'd probably go in and lighten the shadows there just a tad to make it more visible. But someone warned me that with monitors that is where they most differ, on contrast. So maybe I wouldn't too on your monitor.
