> DJB> Whats a PZ-1P.?? It's an improvement on the PZ-1 that has a switch to give a Panorama mode. PZ-1p had other improvements over the original PZ-1.
I think PZ-1 & PZ-1p are US designations. It was Z-1 & Z-1p for the rest of the world. AFAIK, the "panorama" mode is just a mask across the top & bottom of the regular 35mm frame; kind of like showing a wide-screen DVD on a regular TV screen. http://www.pentaximaging.com/world_of_pentax/history_of_innovations/1990-1999/ 1994 The PZ-1P is the new and improved version of the original PZ-1 camera which appeals to serious amateur and professional 35mm photographers alike with it's unique "hyper" exposure modes and professional features including a more versatile built-in TTL auto flash, a personally programmable "user position," mid-roll panorama, three frame auto bracketing, and new and brighter interchangeable focusing screens. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
