Actually, it seemed as though you were knocking the technology because YOU don't perceive any use for it considering how you use YOUR camera. After all your first dig at the device was, and I quote, "I just don't get it. What's so tough about hooking a camera to the computer via a cable?" There's nothing in there about "saves time."
Frankly, it doesn't have to save time if it provides convenience. You're like my dog.
