Star in the Orion (point source). You are seeing individual pixels (highly
cropped).

This is why we shoot with filters, red, green & blue and focus for each one.

When I got my first Pentax SLR as a teenager in 1966, oh how I dreamed 
of that lens. Just the idea of it captured my fancy.

I'm dreaming now of an A* 1200 F8. I don't care it it produces CA with 
stars. In the meantime I have the F* 600 F4 and the A 2XL.

Still, if I saw that 1000 come up for sale, I'd be tempted. Just to live 
out a youthful fantasy.

Oh, and I fantasized about girls and cars too.
