If I were on the set of a commercial shoot (or any other area where nearly anyone remotely involved can be), I should not have any reasonable expectation of privacy, and if I were wearing a kilt, then I should guard myself as to what may be viewed (by nearly anyone remotely involved) - if it bothers me. Any photos taken of me where I have no reasonable expectation of privacy are then beyond my control - even if I'm "regimental." I would be disgusted, probably very angry, but privacy in such an area is my responsibility.
