I use http://www.webstrikesolutions.com for my web site. It's an Australian company, but the servers are in the US. They are cheap (first *year* is free), fast enough (check for yourself, link to my site down with my .sig) and have answered questions and requests rather quickly. I get statistics and can receive email at jbuhler.com, which I read with a POP client.
