You've pretty much summed up my own analysis of these shots: The first two are "almost-nut-not-quite" kind of shots. The light wasn't *quite* good enough to achieve the effect I wanted (and there's an intruding branch in the upper left that kind of spoils the first shot for me). I might try B&W renderings some time in the future... I think the bridge shot might work better with *less* contrast. Perhaps I'll knock down the black levels s bit. But in general, these fall short of the "magic" that you can sometimes achieve when the time, place and light are just right. >> http://www.robertstech.com/temp/7d704702.jpg >> http://www.robertstech.com/temp/7d704703.jpg >> http://www.robertstech.com/temp/7d704704.jpg >> http://www.robertstech.com/temp/7d704706.jpg >> http://www.robertstech.com/temp/7d704710.jpg -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
