This might work cropped, Jack.  Otherwise think the scene is too busy. I'd 
suggest a crop that removes the trash  and ground, probably a crop of just to 
the center section of the fence. Either  including the side poles in the center 
section and/or excluding them. Not  necessarily losing all the sky. Although 
Paul may be right, even then it may  need some difference in DOF between front 
and back. But I'd crop it  heavily.
