No beers at this point:-). But I was working rapidly and trying for some motion blur induced by subject movement. But I can see that I'm the one who moved here.
I don't see the vertical pattern noise. Where do you see it? I'll post an enlarged clip. I've examined the tiff at up to 200%. There's some conventional noise -- it's ISO 500 -- but nothing that appears to create a pattern of any sort.
