Mike, as Bill said, the normal bellows don't have the extension to allow you to copy the full frame. A few months ago I did see listed somewhere (B&H?) a redesigned bellows/slide copier intended to get around the problem with digital SLRs. Available for various mounts. Price was around $250 as I recall. I was tempted, but haven't had the spare resources to invest in a trial...
