Nothing to do with Pentax, but a surprising insight into camera marketing.
I dropped into the dealer where I buy Olympus equipment yesterday and asked when they would have an E-3 for me to look at and hold. They said they were only getting one, and it's already sold. Apparently Olympus are only sending 44 E-3s to the whole of the UK. That doesn't sound very ambitious to me. The guy I spoke to (a former E-1 owner) has played with an E-3 and loved it - says its holdability is even better than the E-1, and the viewfinder is apparently superb.
