That's an attractive cityscape. The highlights, reflections and tram tracks on the wet road really add interest to the scene.
I would have expected more noise at ISO 1600 but this is certainly more than acceptable. It's really only evident in the gap between the tall buildings and even there it could be mistaken for rain.
