Dr. Steineck's creations (the Tessina and the watch camera) are delightful, fun subminiatures. I've never had the pleasure of working with the watch camera, but I owned a Tessina for a bit. It was a somewhat difficult camera to work with. The TLR viewfinder wasn't particularly good for focusing, although useful for framing. You focus mostly using DoF and distance setting. The lens is good if the focusing scale was in calibration. The spring-wound film transport is fragile. Of course, you also have to cut and load special cassettes for the 7x21 mm format 35mm film. Fun stuff ... It was pricey and fun to play with, but I spent too much on it and ended up selling it back to the original owner after a year or two (recovered most of the cost of purchase and service in doing so).
