that much I am glad to hear. But after using Adorama I am sold on what I
have found to be better service. no doubt B&H don't get as big as they have
by giving everybody bad service. I just feel it's important to share where
you find good and bad service so that people are firstly forewarned and can
chose to support those places which seem to provide the better service and
so help them to survive Darwinian like in the photo-supply primordial soup.

Your experience is ~rare~ with B&H, on the phone or in person. If you
remember, they are New Yorkers. But their vast inventories, order taking
procedures (you give them your phone number, they pull up your history) and
shipping efficiency makes me go back.
And yeah, I'm simply not going to pander to local merchants who would charge
me up to $45 a pro-pak (of stale, unrefrigerated film) when I can buy fresh
stuph from B&H for $30 plus shipping.
