Very nice photograph. However, I'd go for less cropping in order to show some atmosphere/lifestyle etc. I did similar shots for a restaurant once: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bladt/sets/72157594276561299/ Backlit dishes seem to me to be the thing for photographs like this. Regards
