The Nov issue of Sky & Telescope says peak will be at 10:01 UT which I think translates to 5:01 AM EST. I guess I cut it short by an hour because I figured it would start getting too light. But I just looked at sunrise table for D.C. It's 6:55 AM. So Ken's right - I'd eat my hat if I had one.
NASA also loses rockets on the way to Mars. Sorry... couldn't avoid making a bad joke.
