I have 1 trigger & 2 receivers that I use with my AF-540 FGZ & AF-550
FTZ flash units.

As a matter of fact I took this shot:

... using those triggers, AF-540 FGZ & a shoot through umbrella

They are radio based, so you don't need to use the pop-up flash as a
trigger. They work quite well, only the odd misfire, and the operating
range is good enough for a small "studio".
