Starting to catch up on PESO/GESO postings from the last few weeks...
Frank - I like this picture on many levels.  A good capture of a mood  
(dismal). And by the way, I think Toronto is world class in many  
ways! However, I am not sure that world class is all that great  
anymore. Mediocrity seems to reign most places...
