I, like Tom, cooked for one today (yesterday I was with friends helping one of them move) My traditional Crhistmas breakfast has always included popovers - so I made 'em for myself - the cat wasn't interested. dinner was beef stew and creamed spinach - left overs from two separate meals from the weekend. and a slice of pumpkin pie with nice British cheddar cheese. Now I'm trying to find something to watch on the tube that isnt a Christmas story or a sappy hollywood flick. I loved walking around my neighborhood in NY with all the NYU students gone and hardly anyone on the streets at all. Although I would have liked it if one of the grocery stores had been open or at least the place I rent my DVD's.
