Greater age can bring an incredible complexity and refinement to a great single malt.
At our house we celebrated with some 18 year old Highland Park and 12 year old Balvenie Doublewood, followed by a wonderful Deerfield Ranch 2001 Super T-Rex red with the roast lamb...
