There's a BIG difference between the Glenlivet Nadurra and the
Glenfiddich Ancient Reserve vs. their undistinguished 12 year old
cousins that you find in the supermarket. Greater age can bring an
incredible complexity and refinement to a great single malt.

At our house we celebrated with some 18 year old Highland Park and 12
year old Balvenie Doublewood, followed by a wonderful Deerfield Ranch
2001 Super T-Rex red with the roast lamb...

Regards, Jim
