Hi all Thunder Bay was fogged in this morning, but I took a chance and drove out into the country. Twenty minutes later, I turning off onto a side road. I really lucked out, as the stars were blocked out over much of the sky, but I had clear view to the south-east. I used my K1000 and 28mm lens. I got several meteors on film, but missed the best one (of course) - a blue fireball that left a smoky trail that hung in the sky, clearly visible for half a minute. It was a great show.
