I took a break from the NFL yesterday, around 3pm i think it was(not a real fan of three down football anyway) and stumbled upon a two hour show on PBS hosted by the "Great Scenic Railway Journey" people.
I like trains, and i know a lot do here as well, so this is probably a moot thing, but i watch the whole two hours. http://www.gsrj.com/ Man was that a great show. Some lovely old trains and scenery. They started in the New York/NH area and went all around the USA, east coast, deserts and west coast, and finished up in the Yukon. Nice narration and history of the rr beds. I think i'm going to put some of those trips on the vacation list. We have *some* scenic train trips here, but only a few. Thought i'd share. Now, back to the book writing.:-) Dave -- Equine Photography www.caughtinmotion.com http://brooksinthecountry.blogspot.com/ Ontario Canada -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
